I would like to guide you through the kitten adoption process of adopting a maine coon kitten from my cattery. First and foremost, congratulations on selecting your Maine Coon! Allow me to outline the purchasing procedure for you. There are several ways to verify the legitimacy of my cattery. The most dependable method is to visit the “Tennessee Secretary Of State” website and search under “Businesses” to confirm that LOVING LYNX LLC is a registered entity. Additionally, you can check my cattery name, breeder membership, and website listing with both the CFA (Cat Fancier Association) and TICA (The International Cat Association).

How To Adopt A Kitten?

Verify your kitten is real!

You can also verify I am a REAL breeder using the following:

• TICA - The International Cat Association

  • TICA membership, TICA voluntary code of ethics, TICA cattery number and TICA website listing. All of these items can be double-checked.

• CFA - Cat Fancier Association

  • CFA membership, CFA cattery number and CFA website listing. All of these items can be double-checked.

• Social Media

  • You can view years of social media content, along with thousands of photos and videos. This guarantees that both your kitten and your breeder are completely authentic.

• LLC Filing On Tennessee Secretary of State Website

  • LOVING LYNX LLC is officially registered on the Tennessee Secretary of State's website. I have established my business as an LLC, allowing you to verify my legitimacy through a government website. You can confirm this by searching for "Loving Lynx" on the "business information search" page.

Before you make a payment, I am more than willing to demonstrate that your kitten is genuine by providing a video featuring the kitten along with your unique details (such as your name and phone number) that cannot be fabricated. I guarantee that no other Maine Coon Breeder offers as many photos and videos of each kitten as I do.

Sign your contract before payment!

• Prior to any payment, both parties will sign a sales contract through DocuSign® signature service, I pay for this reputable legal signing service.

• Zelle® money request are accepted for the holding fee.

• Full payment will be cash in person. However if cleared a minimum week in advance before pickup I accept bank wire transfers or Zelle®.

• No personal checks, installments or PayPal®.

Setup pick-up or hand delivery!

I am truly excited about the opportunity to meet all the wonderful kitten owners in person at my home for the pick-up of your new furry family member! It’s always a joy to connect with fellow cat lovers and see the happiness that a new kitten brings.

However, I would like to kindly remind everyone that my home is a family residence, not a commercial pet store. I have children at home, and their safety is my top priority. For this reason, home visits are strictly limited to the purpose of picking up your selected kitten. I want to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone involved. Additionally, to minimize any potential health risks to both the kittens and my family, I do not offer tours of my home. That said, I am more than happy to accommodate your needs in other ways!

If it’s more convenient for you, I can meet you at the Knoxville, Tennessee (TYS) airport at no extra cost. This way, you can easily pick up your new kitten without any added stress. I am also open to meeting in the surrounding Knoxville area, as long as it is within a reasonable distance. For those who prefer a more personalized experience, I can offer hand delivery of your kitten for an additional fee. This option allows me to ensure that your new pet arrives safely and comfortably in your care.
